Client and Marketing Relations Coordinator

Location: Elmvale, ON

ClearView Financial Solutions is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Client & Marketing Relations Coordinator to join our growing team

This role combines front office administration, client relations, marketing, and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, personable, and passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while helping grow our brand presence.

Position Details

Position: Client & Marketing Relations Coordinator
Location: ClearView Financial Solutions, Elmvale, ON
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule

  • Tuesday: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

  • Wednesday: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM

  • Thursday: 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Front Office

  • Welcome and assist clients in person and by phone

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling

  • Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation

  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

  • Coordinate meetings, paperwork, and administrative tasks

  • Assist advisors with day-to-day office operations

Marketing & Business Development

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms

  • Design professional marketing materials and promotional content

  • Update website content and social media channels

  • Conduct client outreach and follow-up phone calls

  • Support lead generation and referral initiatives

  • Help coordinate community events, seminars, and client appreciation activities

  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements

Technology & Software

  • Create marketing materials using Adobe Express

  • Design and edit graphics using Adobe Photoshop

  • Manage client communications and marketing initiatives through Microsoft Dynamics 365 (very strong asset)

  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Maintain digital records and marketing databases

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with marketing, social media, and content creation

  • Experience using Adobe Express and Adobe Photoshop is considered a major asset

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is considered a major asset

  • Knowledge of financial services is an asset but not required
