Since founding ClearView Financial Solutions Inc. in 2007, she has built her practice on a solid foundation of education and professional growth—earning a tax specialist certificate, an advanced planning designation, and passing the CFP exam in early 2025. Tracy also holds a Life License Designation, offering comprehensive insurance solutions as part of her financial planning services.

Her business philosophy centers on building lasting client relationships through personal attention, strategic planning, and ongoing guidance. By collaborating with a trusted network of specialists, Tracy ensures every aspect of her clients’ financial journey is supported. She is committed to clear communication, prompt follow-ups, and regularly reviewing each client’s plan to keep pace with life's evolving priorities.

Administrative Assistant

Mona previously worked with ClearView Financial Solutions and has now returned to support our team in an administrative role. Her experience, reliability, and calm presence make her an invaluable part of our office. When she’s not at ClearView, Mona enjoys a relaxed semi‑retirement with her husband and their dog, Lilly—often found exploring the countryside on long drives or out for one of Lilly’s many favourite walks.
